Since its founding more than 30 years ago by David V. Johnson, Victor International Corporation and its affiliates have been in the business of creating exceptional residential and commercial developments. The 43 developments and communities that are a part of the Victor International Corporation resume are proof of our company's passion and skill at creating communities that remain highly desirable.
The low-density communities we have been privileged to develop were realized by setting and exceeding standards for excellence, design and cooperation with local government entities. With each new project, we have elevated standards for quality and use of the land within the community.
We are proud of our portfolio, the processes we've used to facilitate the work, and of how these communities and commercial developments have matured. All have been integral parts of the areas they serve, and remain highly desirable places to live and work.
An unwavering reputation for quality and luxury are two reasons Victor International residential and commercial developments remain desirable, prime locations. here are some examples:
The most widely acclaimed reclamation project within the State of Michigan is Bay Harbor, a $1 billion world-class resort community development created by Victor International. Bay Harbor, nestled on Lake Michigan extends along five miles of stunning shoreline between Petoskey and Charlevoix. Once an abandoned cement plan, this community has been described as the "Crown Jewel of Michigan" by former Governor John Engler. Bay Harbor Represents a careful and extensive remediation project that resulted in complete transformation and redevelopment of the site.
Turtle Lake, an exclusive $400-million community in Bloomfield Hills, is considered by many to be the most luxurious low-density luxury community in Michigan. Turtle Lake's private, 24-hour guarded gatehouse community and on-demand Concierge services offer peace of mind and rewarding amenities.
Victor International set the standard for luxury real estate in Michigan with Heron Bay. It was the first development in Michigan to sell residential lots for over $1 million. Set against the stunning backdrop of a permanent, dedicated nature preserve in Bloomfield Hills, Heron Bay is home to some of the most beautiful luxury residences in Michigan.
The quest of excellence continues at Victor International. Following a 10-year search, David Johnson identified Virgin Gorda's North Sound in the British Virgin Island as the ideal location for a low-density, Caribbean luxury resort community and superyacht marina. This spectacular locale offers a casually elegant lifestyle with outstanding yachting, sailing and amenities.
Oil Nut Bay is situated among stunning topography, white sand beaches, and the turquoise waters of the BVI. Oil Nut Bay is an intimate resort community that features just 88 home sites on 300 pristine acres (121.4 hectares). it is beautifully conceived and constructed to accentuate miles of spectacular island shoreline, dramatic hilltops and beautiful sandy beaches. Victor International has crafted a luxurious island paradise that lives in harmony with nature's gifts -- the land, the sunshine and the sea. Oil Nut Bay affords homeowners distinctive design options for world-class architecture, with interior and outdoor living spaces that make even the most routine tasks memorable. The master plan for the Oil Nut Bay community incorporates groundbreaking carbon-neutral elements throughout. This combination, unique for many residential communities, demonstrates that living well and doing well for the environment can result in beautiful harmony.
